Achilles Bay

A small, pretty East End cove below Fort St. Catherine, Achilles Bay feels tucked away and peaceful. The water is usually clear and fairly calm and snorkeling is often good around the rocky edges with plenty of fish. Amenities are minimal to unspecified, so this is better as a quiet beach stop than a full-service beach day. It works best by taxi or as part of a visit from St. George's and visitors usually pair it with the fort.
